In our consultation together I may require you to have some lab tests performed – what is functional lab testing?
Deposit and Cancelation policy:
A 50% deposit on booking. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking value.
